Meet the current Fondy Tennis team
McKennah Edwards leads Mighty Mites through High School. Laurie Edwards leads Grade School through Middle School. John Frausto leads Adult Cardio Tennis and supports tournaments and special events.
Since 2025, McKennah and Laurie Edwards have led the junior instruction program. Fondy Tennis continues to serve Edwards juniors and families with local, age-appropriate tennis.
Fondy Tennis history
John and his father Jesse “The Razor” Frausto created Fondy Tennis to deliver quality instruction to kids and adults around Fond du Lac. John holds RSPA Elite Professional Certification and is RSPA Pickleball Certified.
John received the 2012 RSPA Midwest Facility Manager of the Year and 2006 Wisconsin Teaching Professional of the Year awards. He was formerly Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach at Marian University in Fond du Lac and received the 2007 Northern Athletic Conference Women’s Coach of the Year award.
John has over 25 years in the tennis industry, has worked with state, sectional, and nationally ranked players, and created the instructional DVD 53 Drills for Better Tennis. He is also the owner of Topspin Tennis, an instructional tennis resource.
